SRM PM9 Science Track Power Meter
The SRM PM9 Science Track Power Meter is the pinnacle of accurate and consistent power measurement for track cyclists. The Science Track Power Meter is reinforced, allowing it to measure efforts up to 4,000 watts. Due to a combination of angle and torque measurement, it can also account for the smallest changes in pedal stroke. The power meter is accurate to +0.5%, features 100 hours of battery life and has a full 2-year warranty.

Compatibility:
This power meter is compatible with 144 BCD 5-bolt track chainrings. It fits Shimano Octalink bottom brackets. See Compatibility tab for more information.
Power Measurement:
This SRM power meter measures power at the spider and is therefore able to measure power from both legs.

This is a popular SRM track power meter. Many track cyclists feel the spindle/chassis/arm connection on this Octalink version is more secure and produces better power transition. In addition, many of the professional German and Dutch sprinters use this SRM without fail – so we know it’s a solid power meter!

Question: How do I determine what length my current cranks are so I can make sure I get the same size?
- Your crank arm length should be printed or stamped on the inside of the left crank arm, usually near the pedal end.
