Power Meter City offers a simple, 60-day return policy where you can return items in new condition for a refund of the original purchase price (excludes any shipping costs). New condition means the item has not been installed or used and all packaging including accessories, boxes and manuals are returned to us in the exact same condition as when shipped to you. Once we receive your return and ensure it is in brand new condition, we will promptly issue you a refund for the items returned. Please note, voluntary customer returns are subject to a restocking fee (3.5% for U.S customers and 5.0% for international customers). This is the fee that payment processing companies charge us when you place your order, but do not return to us when we refund a transaction.
We are an authorized dealer of every product we sell, which means that if you feel your product is not performing as it should, you may contact the manufacturer under your product warranty. Please note warranties are the sole discretion of the manufacturer. If you need any information from us such as a copy of your order receipt, contact information of the manufacturer, or if there is anything else we can do, please let us know.
Before returning your product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] in order to obtain an RA number. Failure to obtain an RA number before returning your item can increase processing times as we have to determine the specifics of the return once the item is received by us.
Please note that for a voluntary customer return, you are responsible for paying for shipping when returning your item for a refund or exchange.
