Return, Exchange and Cancellations Policy

We are happy to offer a simple, 30-day policy where you can return new, unused items for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note, as outlined below, in certain situations fees do apply. We pride ourselves on offering the highest levels of support and service however as a small business, we unfortunately cannot afford to cover all of the expenses involved in processing returns, exchanges and cancellations. We recommend researching all aspects of your purchase prior to checking out in order to avoid incurring any fees. Of course, our customer support is here and ready to help should you have any questions!

 

New Item Returns

  • Items must be in brand new condition. This means the item has not been installed or used, is free of scratches, scuffs, grease, etc. and is returned to us in the exact same condition as when shipped to you. Please ensure all packaging, accessories and manuals are also returned in brand new condition. We inspect all items closely to ensure they are eligible for a refund. If an item is not in brand new condition, it will be returned back to you.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning your items. For domestic returns, we are happy to send you a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee. This helps cover the payment processing fee that companies charge us when you place your order, but do not return to us when we refund a transaction. It also takes into account our cost of shipping, packaging materials and labor. We’re happy to offer our customers the option to return items, but there are real costs involved in managing, accepting and processing a return. The amount is 7% of the order total. We also offer the option to receive store credit for the full amount.
  • Once we receive your return and ensure it is in brand new condition, we will promptly issue you a refund or store credit for the items returned. We process refunds quickly (usually within 2 days). PayPal refunds customers instantly. For credit card transactions, please allow your bank up to a week to process the refund back to you.
  • We must receive the item(s) back within 30 calendar days of delivery to you.
  • Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.

 

New Item Exchanges

  • Items must be in brand new condition. This means the item has not been installed or used, is free of scratches, scuffs, grease, etc. and is returned to us in the exact same condition as when shipped to you. Please ensure all packaging, accessories and manuals are also returned in brand new condition. We inspect all items closely to ensure they are eligible for an exchange. If an item is not in brand new condition, it will be returned back to you.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanging your items. To make the exchange process as simple as possible, we will send you a return shipping label as well as an invoice which covers the cost of the return shipping, handling and processing of your exchange.
  • Once we receive your initial order and ensure it is in brand new condition, we will promptly ship your new item(s) and provide you with your new tracking number.
  • We must receive the item(s) back within 30 calendar days of delivery to you.
  • Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept international exchanges.

 

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order but it has not yet shipped, we are happy to cancel your order and issue you a refund. Please note, the payment processing fee that credit card processors/PayPal charge us when you place your order, is not returned to us when we refund a transaction. Therefore, your refund will exclude 4% which covers this fee. If you would simply like to order a different product instead, please let us know so we can avoid this fee. We can also offer you the option to receive store credit for the full amount.

 

Damaged Items

We are an authorized dealer of every product we sell, which means that if you feel your product is not performing as it should, you may contact the manufacturer under your product warranty. Please note warranties are the sole discretion of the manufacturer. If you need any information from us such as a copy of your order receipt, contact information of the manufacturer, or if there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

 

Return or Exchange Procedures

Before returning or exchanging your order, please contact us at [email protected] in order to obtain an RA number. Failure to obtain an RA number will prevent us from being able to process your return or exchange.
