What power meter will fit my Cane Creek eeWings MTB cranks?

When it comes to Cane Creek eeWings MTB cranks, you have a few power meter options. Let’s check them out!

Spider Power Meter

power2max NGeco Cane Creek MTB Power Meter

The power2max NGeco Cane Creek MTB Power Meter is our go to power meter for Cane Creek eeWings cranksets. power2max makes wonderful units – we use them on many of our own bikes. They are accurate, extremely durable, measure the power from both legs, are reasonably priced and allow you to keep your current eeWings crankset.

Please note, the power2max uses a 104 BCD chainring configuration. So, you will need a power2max compatible MTB chainring as well.

Sigeyi AXO Cane Creek eeWings MTB Power Meter

Sigeyi makes a very similar spider-based power meter for Cane Creek MTB cranksets as well. It also measures power from both legs, installs quickly and is a great power meter. However, we note that the Sigeyi AXO Cane Creek eeWings MTB Power Meter is a bit more affordable than the power2max.

SRM Cane Creek MTB Power Meter

SRM also makes a spider-based power meter for Cane Creek cranks. Like the ones above, it mounts to Cane Creek 3-bolt MTB cranksets, measures power from both legs and is very accurate. However, it is more expensive than the power2max or Sigeyi versions. If you’re an SRM fan, you’ll like this unit. Otherwise, you might give the power2max or Sigeyi a try and will save some money.

The SRM also uses a 104 BCD chainring configuration so you will need a compatible chainring. We offer them on our product page along with the power meter.

Pros: Moderately priced (SRM is more expensive), VERY reliable, don’t have to change crankset, measures both legs
Cons: None

Power Meter Pedals

MTB power meter pedals are also a great option as they can easily be installed on any MTB crankset and can be moved between bikes if necessary. We carry every option available including the Favero PRO MX, LOOK X-Track, Garmin Rally XC, SRM X-Power and SRM X-Power Flat Pedals.

Pros: Easy to install, works on any bike, can move from bike to bike, don’t have to change crankset
Cons: Some versions are pricey
