Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 MTB Power Meter Pedals

The Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 MTB Power Meter Pedals are Favero’s first and latest mountain bike pedal-based power meter. These pedals use Shimano SPD cleats and are some of the lightest MTB power meter pedals on the market. The Favero PRO MX power meter pedals weigh only 191.4 grams for the pair and feature Favero’s reliability and precision from their road pedals while adding durability for trails and off-road adventures.

Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, these pedals are designed to be ultralight while still robust enough for the toughest trails. The electronics and batteries are housed within the pedal which protects them from rock strikes and debris.

Additionally, power meter pedals are very easy to move between bikes making them a popular choice for many riders. These pedals measure power from both legs, are +/- 1.0% accurate and have a 60 hour rechargeable battery life. The PRO MX-2 power meter pedals also use Favero’s IAV power calculation system and come with a full 2-year warranty.

Compatibility:

This power meter is compatible with Shimano SM-SH51 SPD cleats and any bike. While these pedals are designed for MTB, gravel or cyclocross riders, they can also be used on a road or indoor bike. See Compatibility tab for more information.

Power Measurement:

These pedals are dual-sided and measure power from both legs. They are also able to give you your left vs. right leg power measurements.

Assioma PRO MX-1: We also have the Favero Assioma PRO MX-1 MTB Power Meter Pedals. These pedals are a bit more affordable, however they only measure power from the left leg.

Compatibility

Bike: The Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 is compatible with virtually any off-road bike. This includes MTB, gravel or cyclocross. They can also be used on a road or indoor bike.

  • Yes, the cleats that ship with this power meter are Shimano's SM-SH51 SPD cleats so you can use either one.

Question: How can I see my Favero IAV Cycling Dynamics data?

  • Riders can see this data on Garmin computers and the Favero app. This data will not be displayed on bike computers other than Garmin.
