Shimano PD-R500 Pedals
Made for beginner road riders, the Shimano PD-R500 Pedals delivers solid performance at a very affordable cost. This pedal has a larger target area making it easier for riders to clip in and out. Featuring a composite body and extra-wide platform, the R500s are a great option for any cyclist. This pedal also uses a stainless steel-body plate to reduce flex and increase durability.
These pedals also allow riders to adjust the entry and release tension. While the float will be determined by the cleat being used, riders can customize the entry and exit feel and make it easier or harder to clip in and out.
Pedals includes 6-degree float SPD-SL cleats for 3-bolt shoes and all the mounting hardware.
