The SRM X-Power Road Power Meter Pedals are built for riders looking for a premium road pedal with the addition of dual-sided power measurement. To begin with, these pedals feature a full aluminum pedal body which provides outstanding performance and feel. The X-Power uses SPD-SL bindings which provide a solid retention and confidence inspiring cleat entry and exit. In addition, they have a low stack height (9.75 mm) and use a Q-Factor that is similar to standard road pedals.

The SRM X-Power Road also comes with all the features you would expect in a modern-day power meter. They offer ANT+ and Bluetooth SMART compatibility, a rechargeable battery with 30-hour battery life and a built-in magnet for precise cadence measurement. SRM also offers a smartphone app that among other things, allows you to check for proper installation, monitor your firmware and complete your pre-ride calibration (zero-offset).

Power Measurement:

This is a dual-sided power meter and there is a power sensor in both pedals which allows it to measures power from both legs. It is also able to measure your left vs. right leg power.

This is a very premium power meter pedal. In addition to measuring power from both legs, it features a full aluminum pedal body, low stack height, normal Q-Factor and uses SPD-SL bindings which provide great power transfer. However, it also comes at a premium price and won’t be in everyone’s budget.
