MTX Gold Label HD Brake Pads
The MTX Gold Label HD Brake Pads are a performance upgrade offering maximum stopping power, durability and fade-resistance. Made with proprietary blends of Kevlar, MTX CeraEvo ceramic materials and other special additives and modifiers, these pads are designed for eMTBs, heavier weight riders and those who are really charging the downhills!
Benefits
Durability – The Gold Label HD ceramic is built for heavy bikes, heavy riders and extreme terrain.
Fade-Resistance – The compound in these brake pads offers resistance over heat-induced brake fade.
Control – A nice blend of feeling and control at the lever while also maximizing power and heat-management.
Gold Label HD vs. Red Label RACE
The Gold Label HD is for eMTBs, heavier weight riders and those who are really charging the downhills. They are stronger brake pads, but don’t offer quite the same modulation or noise reduction as the Red Label. However, they are still better in all respects than stock pads!
The Red Label RACE version is for all-around performance with slightly less pad life.
