The XDS X-LAB GT8 Gravel Bike is built for adventure across all types of terrain. It pairs wide tire clearance with a lightweight carbon frame to create a stable and capable platform. Multiple mounting points on the frame and fork support bikepacking and long distance rides. Integrated downtube storage keeps tools and essentials neatly tucked away.

XDS uses Toray T800 carbon to balance stiffness, durability and low weight. This construction delivers strong power transfer during hard efforts while maintaining comfort on long rides. The geometry blends stability with responsive handling for confident performance.

The X-LAB GT8 features Shimano GRX715 wireless shifting with a wide range 1×12 drivetrain. GRX hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power on steep or rough descents. A power meter crankset comes standard, so riders can track effort on every ride. The build also includes a Branta C45 GT Gravel carbon wheelset and carbon cockpit for a smooth efficient ride.

With advanced carbon construction and thoughtful features, the GT8 offers a fast capable upgrade for gravel riders.

Compatibility

The XDS X-LAB GT8 Gravel Bike is widely compatible with most modern gravel components. It is compatible with wheelsets that are disc brake and use 12×100 mm front and 12×142 mm rear thru axles. In addition, this bike uses a T47 86mm threaded bottom bracket shell, and uses a UDH rear derailleur hanger. See Compatibility tab for more information.

Considerations

The cockpit is semi-integrated, meaning you are limited to bar/stem combos that allow for internal cable routing through the headset.

The XDS X-LAB GT8 is a great gravel platform ready for whatever adventure it’s rider can dream up. Wide tire clearance and plenty of mounting points means it can be taken into the backcountry without issue. Additionally, the carbon frame, wheelset, cockpit and seatpost all work together to keep it light enough for gravel racing. Modern, full wireless shifting on a 1×12 drivetrain completes the solid build, and the included power meter is a great addition. We think this bike sets the scene for some fun days in the saddle!
