The SRAM Rival E1 2x Road Crankset uses aluminum crank arms and one-piece chainrings to make an affordable and durable road crankset. By creating cutouts in the crank arms, this crankset is 50 grams lighter than the previous generation. This crankset uses SRAM’s DUB spindle which is lighter than most 24 mm spindles. It is also available with 46/33T and 48/35T chainrings. Additionally, the chainrings use SRAM’s X-Range technology so you have proper gearing on the flats, climbs and descents. The Rival E1 crankset is available in a wide range of crank lengths, including as short as 160 mm. This means you can choose the best crank length for your bike fit. Additionally, the Rival E1 crank arms are designed so you can easily upgrade to a SRAM power meter in the future.
