The SRAM Force E1 1x Aero Road Crankset is perfect for solo attacks, time trials and fast road riding. The Force E1 carbon crank arms are lightweight and stiff – providing maximum power transfer. The use of a 1x chainring eliminates the need for a front derailleur which saves weight and improves aerodynamics. In addition, the direct mount 1x aero chainring has no gaps which helps smooth airflow around your crankset. The continued use of a DUB spindle means this crankset is compatible with a wide range of bottom brackets. Available in crank lengths from 160 mm to 175 mm and chainring sizes from 44T to 50T, it’s designed for simplicity without sacrificing performance

Considerations

A 1x crankset is great for drivetrain simplicity, but it does mean reduced gearing for climbs or varied terrain. We recommend you consider the terrain you ride the most and if there you need an inner chainring to have the right gearing.
