CeramicSpeed BB92 Bottom Bracket for SRAM DUB MTB
The CeramicSpeed BB92 Bottom Bracket for SRAM DUB MTB are equipped with hand built coated bearings designed for off-road performance. The BB92 bottom bracket offers extreme durability and feature a unique design made specifically for SRAM DUB 29 cranks.
In addition, these coated bearings utilize the highest quality CeramicSpeed ceramic balls, running on hardened-steel races with a 3-micron thick metallic coating making the races corrosion resistant, harder and smoother, increasing service life and reducing friction.
The CeramicSpeed Difference
CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. That’s thanks to hardened-steel races and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than other ceramic bottom brackets. CeramicSpeed bearings have a frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which represents an average 75% drag reduction compared to other BBs.
Coated Finish
The unique coating formula is a metallic layer that covers the bearing races and makes them 75% harder than steel. Thanks to this, they are highly resistant to corrosion and the coating provides an even lower friction than the standard bearings. Even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible with the coated version. CeramicSpeed coated products are covered by a lifetime warranty.
