We Ship Free & Fast!

We offer free shipping to the U.S. (lower 48) on orders of $75 or more. Plus, most orders are processed and shipped the same day. Specifically, in-stock orders placed before 4 pm PT almost always go out the same day. Certain items require a longer processing time, such as products needing professional assembly, custom builds, or late-day orders we can’t complete before shipping cut-off. We’ll notify you if that’s the case.

 

U.S. Shipping Rates

Cost

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the U.S. (lower 48 states) on orders of $75 or more
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as orders under $75 to the lower 48, ship at a flat rate of $6.95
• Orders to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO addresses ship at a flat rate of $9.95
• For most orders — including those that qualify for free shipping — you can choose to upgrade to 2-day or overnight service at checkout for an additional cost

We highly recommend DHL Express for international shipments. In addition to being faster and often safer, in many cases it is also more affordable than USPS Postal Service International (at least for all but the smallest shipments).

Duties and Customs Charges for International Orders

Some countries charge duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the United States based on the customs forms provided at shipping. You are responsible for paying your country’s imposed charges when your package arrives. Each nation has different rules and rates that apply and these fees are not included in your order total. Please contact your customs office for information regarding duties and other taxes. If you choose to refuse the package because you do not want to pay the applicable duties and customs charges, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will process a refund for the amount paid less our shipping cost, processing fee and any additional fees to return the package to us.
