THM Frontale Aero One-Piece Road Handlebar
The THM Frontale Aero One-Piece Road Handlebar is an ultralight, high performance cockpit designed for riders obsessed with aerodynamic gains and saving every gram. This handlebar has an integrated stem and minimal frontal area which reduces drag. Built in Germany using THM’s proprietary carbon layup process, the Frontale Aero prioritizes both weight savings and ride quality. Whether you’re racing, training, or simply upgrading your road bike with the best available components, this handlebar delivers performance without compromise.
This bar features internal cable routing through the handlebar itself, helping create a clean, race-ready look. However, it is not compatible with modern frames that require full internal routing through the stem and headset. This makes it ideal for riders using semi-internal or external routing systems, or those upgrading older aero road frames.

Compatibility
This handlebar is only compatible with 1 1/8″ steerer tubes. It works with internal cable routing and electronic disc brake groupsets, including Shimano Di2 systems. See Compatibility tab for more information.
Considerations
The THM Frontale Aero One-Piece Road Handlebar offers impressive performance, but there are a few things to keep in mind. It is not compatible with bikes that require full internal cable routing through the stem and headset, which is becoming more common on modern aero road frames. In addition, because the bar and stem are integrated into a single piece, you won’t be able to adjust stem angle or stack height, so selecting the correct size is key to achieving a proper fit. Lastly, we would note because it’s a premium bar, it comes at a premium price point.

This one-piece handlebar is compatible with 1 1/8" steerer tubes. It support internal cable routing but not through the stem, which means it is not compatible with frames that have cable routing through the headset.
