Do you need a Blipbox for these or are they fully wireless and independent of that?

The SRAM AXS Wireless Blips are completely wireless and do not require the SRAM Blip Box. They can be customized in the AXS app and are wirelessly paired to your SRAM drivetrain.

Do these work on all SRAM drivetrains?

No, SRAM eTap AXS Wireless Blips must be used with 12-speed and 13-speed SRAM AXS drivetrains. They are not backward compatible with 11-speed eTap systems for example.

SRAM eTap AXS Wireless Blips

SRAM eTap AXS Wireless Blips are satellite shifters. They allow you to shift without reaching for your brake lever and changing your position on your bike. Blips are commonly placed on TT bar extensions, in the drops for sprinting or underneath the tops of your handlebars for climbing. However, because they are wireless, they can be placed almost anywhere in your cockpit that you would like to shift from.
