Gemini Alsak Seatpost
The Gemini Alsak Seatpost is one of the lightest seatposts in the world. Made from forged carbon fiber, the Alsak uses titanium hardware to further decrease its weight. In addition, it features a unishell body. This design not only keeps weight to a minimum, but increases it’s strength making it suitable for road, gravel and XC riding. Gemini’s saddle clamp is also compatible with both round and oval rails.
Options
The Gemini Alsak seatpost comes in a variety of options. It is available in both 27.2 mm and 30.9 mm round diameters. You can choose from 300 mm, 350 mm, and 400 mm seatpost lengths. These seatposts feature Gemini’s UD finish that is available in both gloss and matte variations. The Alask is also available in lightweight and performance carbon layups. The lightweight carbon layup is Gemini’s lightest option, but is not recommended for riders that weigh over 90 kilograms. The performance version adds 20-30 grams but is slightly stronger, is better for heavier riders up to 120 kg and is ideal for XC use.
Please note the Alsak seatpost cannot be cut and the minimum insertion depth must be followed.
