The Garmin Edge 840 Bike Computer is Garmin’s newest touchscreen performance bike computer! Setup is faster and easier than ever, battery life is now increased to 26 hours, mapping is improved and Off-Course Recalculation has been updated, just for starters. The Edge 840 also introduces many new features for the first time such as Solar Charging, Multi-Band GNSS, Targeted Adaptive Coaching, Power Guide, ClimPro Ascent Planner and lots more. It also carries several features the Edge 540 doesn’t, most notably a touchscreen display, on-device course detection and 32 GB of storage.
