ABEC-3

These bearings are designed as a direct OEM replacement. If you are looking for a bottom bracket that simply has better cups to reduce creaking, this is an excellent selection. While not the most durable, it is the most affordable.

Angular Contact

Angular Contact bearings are rated as Wheels Mfg best all-around bearing. These are designed to be extremely durable and still affordable. They balance durability, price and performance.

ABEC-5

These bearings are higher quality than found in OEM bottom brackets. This helps reduce friction and improve bottom bracket performance. Because they are a higher quality bearing, they are more expensive.

Ceramic Hybrid

Ceramic Hybrid bearings are designed to be fast and low friction while still having good durability. While some ceramic bearings can easily wear out in the rain or even with regular use, these are designed to last. Because of this, they are more expensive than traditional bottom bracket bearings.

ZERO Ceramic

These bearings are the fastest and lowest friction bearings that Wheels Mfg. makes. They are designed as a “race day” bearing and require more service and attention than a traditional bottom bracket. Because of this, they are less durable and more expensive, but are very quick!
