How is my order shipped?

U.S.

We process most shipments through UPS and USPS. Delivery time will range between 1 and 5 days based on your location and the item(s) ordered.

International

We process most international shipments through either USPS International or DHL based on the method of shipping selected at checkout. Most DHL shipments will arrive in 2 to 5 days. USPS International shipments typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive, however we are seeing some international packages take longer to be delivered. This can be caused by slower delivery on the part of the carrier, or by slower processing times on the part of your local customs office – neither of which we have any control over. We hope your item arrives without delay, but we kindly ask your understanding in the event it takes longer than usual to be delivered as these are truly unprecedented times we are in. We note that the additional cost of DHL shipping is usually worth it as your order will arrive much quicker.

Please note, some countries charge duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the United States based on the customs forms provided at shipping. You are responsible for paying your country’s imposed charges when your package arrives.
