The Garmin HRM 200 Heart Rate Monitor is accurate, reliable and affordable. The HRM 200 uses an easy to replace CR2032 battery and has up to 12 months of battery life. It provides both real time heart rate and HRV data. Heart rate is important for training as it indicates how hard your body is working at different effort levels. Heart Rate Variability can provide additional insights into how stressed or well rested you are.
The HRM 200 can connect to your favorite devices with ANT+ or BLUETOOTH Low Energy technology. It also has a 3 ATM water rating which means it can be used for a variety of sports, including swimming. The strap is machine washable and comfortable to wear. This heart rate monitor is available in 2 sizes which ensures it will fit well.

Having your heart rate monitor fit well is crucial to its accuracy and reliability. The Garmin HRM 200 has an adjustable strap and comes in two sizes. The XS-S size fits 60-85 cm chests while the M-XL size fits 80-120 cm chests.
