SRAM RED E1 XPLR Power Meter Spider
The SRAM RED E1 XPLR Power Meter Spider is SRAM’s latest gravel power meter. Designed for the RED E1 XPLR AXS groupset, this power meter is +/- 1.5% accurate and uses Thread Mount chainrings. This allows you to easily swap chainrings based on the terrain you’re riding. In addition, this power meter is made to handle all types of environments and be accurate over any terrain.
The XPLR power meter has active temperature compensation and because it is a spider-based power meter, it measures power from both legs in addition to providing left and right leg power balance data. It is IPX7 waterproof and fits Thread Mount chainring sizes from 38T – 46T.

Power Measurement:
This SRAM RED E1 XPLR Power Meter measures power at the spider and is therefore able to measure power from both legs.

This is a great power meter for gravel riding. Because it uses Thread Mount chainrings, you can easily swap chainrings based on the terrain you’re on. It features the best of SRAM’s technology like left and right leg power balance and a replaceable CR2032 battery. This is a welcome upgrade to gravel riders as it provides additional stiffness for better power transfer and a replaceable battery for long adventures.
