The Sigeyi AXO SL ROTOR MTB Power Meter is a spider-based power meter that is compatible with ROTOR direct mount cranksets. The Sigeyi AXO SL improves upon the previous version AXO by reducing weight and adding pedaling smoothness data. All Sigeyi power meters measure power from both legs and are accurate to +/- 1.0%. Moreover, they easily attach up to your existing ROTOR crankset. This means there is no need to buy new cranks or replace your bottom bracket.

This Sigeyi power meter also features a rechargeable battery with 300 hours of ride time, auto-zero functionality (so your data is always accurate), left and right leg power balance and a 2-year manufacturers warranty. Of course, you also get Bluetooth Smart. This allows you to use the power meter with your favorite indoor training program or app.

The Sigeyi AXO SL ROTOR MTB Power Meter is a spider-based power meter and is therefore able to measure power from both legs.

Compatibility

This power meter is compatible with any ROTOR MTB crankset that uses a direct mount splined interface. This includes the KAPIC Carbon, KAPIC and R-Hawk cranks. Regarding chainrings, it requires a 104 BCD 4-bolt MTB chainring (which is different than the direct mount chainrings found on many ROTOR MTB cranksets). See Compatibility tab for more information.

Considerations

Like all spider-based power meters with this functionality, the AXO SL provides estimated power balance data. While this estimation is highly accurate, it’s not true left-right power balance like the data recorded by dual-sided power meter pedals.

Options For This Power Meter

Chainline and BCD: This Sigeyi AXO SL ROTOR MTB Power Meter is available in the following versions:

• 1X Boost | 104 BCD
• 1X Standard | 104 BCD

The 1X Boost configuration is recommended if your bike currently has a direct mount chainring with a 3 mm offset (which is what most modern mountain bikes have). These bikes usually feature 52 mm chainlines and 148 mm rear hubs, and are typically referred to as ‘Boost’. Please note this Boost version can also fit ‘SuperBoost’ bikes where you are replacing a 3 mm direct mount chainring.

The 1X Standard configuration is used for bikes that have a direct mount chainring with a 6 mm offset and is usually found on older mountain bikes. These bikes usually feature 49 mm chainlines and 142 mm rear hubs.
