The SRAM Rival XG-1250 12-Speed Cassette gives you wide range gearing at an affordable price. This cassette has Nickel chrome plating which makes it extremely durable and longer lasting than some more expensive cassettes. In addition, built using SRAM’s proven X-Range gearing, the Rival XG-1250 provides tighter gear steps to help you maintain the right cadence.

Each cog is made from stamped aluminum and is supported by SRAM’s FULL PIN technology. This uses 123 stainless steel pins to keep the cassette stiff so it can shift well, even under load. Additionally, the X-DOME design helps clear debris like mud and dirt from the cassette so you have smooth shifting regardless of the weather. It’s compatible with SRAM’s 12-speed AXS drivetrains and fits XDR driver bodies.

Considerations

The Rival XG-1250 cassette is only available in 10-30T and 10-36T options. While these are very popular cassette sizes, some riders may be looking for 10-28T or 10-33T options that SRAM has in the Force and RED levels.
