The Stages SB20 Smart Bike is a customizable indoor trainer that is designed for riders to simulate their bike fit without putting wear and tear on their bike during indoor season. Equipped with a Gates belt and 50 lb flywheel, the SB20 provides a realistic ride feel for all types of riders.

The saddle, reach, stack, crank length and bar options can all be configured to match your outdoor positioning. The SB20 also uses real world gearing and shifters that are customizable to match your desired gearing and ratios. From traditional road gearing to 1x MTB setups, the SB20 delivers smooth and silent resistance up to 2,200 watts. The dual-sided power meter provides independent leg measurements and is +/- 1.5% accurate. Compatible with many of the most popular training apps, the SB20 is an unrivaled platform to train on indoors.

Real Bike Feel
At the heart of the Stages SB20 is a smooth and silent electronic resistance unit. This provides up to 2,200 watts (at 130 rpm) of stunningly realistic road feel right down to each electronic gear change. Additionally an oversized 50 lb flywheel makes climbing, acceleration and coasting feel spot on. Standard road bars and saddle included—and both can be swapped for your personal favorites, including aero bars.

Real Bike Fit
With micro-adjust saddle fore/aft adjustment and handlebar reach/stack with laser-etched sizing scales, adjustable brake hoods and crank arm settings ranging from 165mm to 175mm, you can tune the Stages to precisely replicate the fit and feel of your favorite bike and get the most out of your indoor miles.

The Future is now
Stages brake hoods incorporate electronic shift buttons and separate ‘sprint’ buttons. Riders can customize the function of each button and choose between several virtual drivetrains simulating a variety of popular bike setups. And with functional brake levers and steering buttons, the Stages is ready for the evolution of indoor cycling.

Compatible with everything
The Stages will be optimized for the most popular indoor cycling platforms including Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, Rouvy, Road Grand Tours, FulGaz, Kinomap and others, with ANT and Bluetooth connectivity for all control modes. The Stages SB20 is equipped with control modes for use with 3rd party apps or the Stages Dash GPS Cycling computer. Two USB charging ports keep your devices juiced up during your ride. An integrated adjustable tablet holder makes it easy to see the action.
