The Saris Fluid 2 Smart Trainer is one of the best-selling trainers of all time! The Fluid 2 is what a classic trainer should be: built to last, simple to set-up, compatible with a wide range of bikes and very affordable. It features a large, precision-balanced flywheel that provides a road-like feel. You can also shift gears, adjust your speed and change your cadence just like you out outdoors. The Saris Fluid 2 also comes with a dual-band speed sensor which makes it compatible with virtual training apps like Zwift.

I have used this trainer for approximately a month, maybe 20x now or so, and thoroughly enjoy it thus far. The sensor was simple to install on my rear wheel hub and BT signal picks up quickly on Zwift app after a few crank rotations. Noise level is as advertised roughly the volume of a standard verbal conversation when in higher gears. The included front wheel riser gets the job done fine though I recommend the Saris Level 3 Climbing Block (sold separately) for a better workout.
