CeramicSpeed OSPW System for Shimano 9000/6800
The CeramicSpeed OSPW System for Shimano 9000/6800 is designed specifically for DURA-ACE 9000 and Ultegra 6800 drivetrains. The OSPW system features a set of 17-tooth aluminum pulley wheels, housed in a specially designed polyamide (PA) and carbon cage. The upper and lower 17-tooth oversized aluminum pulley wheels come fitted with either standard or coated CeramicSpeed Bearings.
It is estimated that the overall power savings of the OSPW System for Shimano 9000/6800 is in the 30%-60% range, or more in some cases, when compared to a stock setup. In addition, the CeramicSpeed bearings guarantee a 3-5x longer longevity than that of commonly used standard pulleys on the market.

CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. That’s thanks to hardened-steel races and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than other ceramic bearings. CeramicSpeed bearings have a frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. This represents an average 75% drag reduction compared to other bearings.
Coated Finish Option
The unique coating formula is a metallic layer that covers the bearing races and makes them 75% harder than steel. Thanks to this, they are highly resistant to corrosion and the coating provides an even lower friction than the standard bearings. Even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible with the coated version. CeramicSpeed coated products are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Compatibility
The CeramicSpeed Pully Wheel System for Shimano 9000/6800 is compatible with Ultegra 6700/6770/6800/6870 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleurs. It is also compatible with DURA-ACE 7900/7970/9000/9070 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleurs.
The system is compatible up to a 28tooth cassette on most bikes depending on derailleur hanger.
This system is not compatible with Shimano DURA-ACE 9100/9150 and Ultegra 8000 series rear derailleurs.
