At Power Meter City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a convenient, 60-day return policy. Depending on the condition of your item and the reason for your return, please see the details below.
New, unused and unfitted items can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please return the equipment in the condition you received it in, in the original box and/or packaging and with any retail seals unbroken.
If you would like to do an exchange, the easiest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue you a refund for the items returned. Please note, we reserve the right to exclude the cost of shipping paid by you or us when issuing the refund.
In addition, used, working items can also be returned inside the 60-day return window*. Used items are any product that has been taken out of the original packaging and/or fitted or installed on a bike. For used items, you will be issued store credit in the amount equal to the price you paid for your item, excluding any associated shipping costs that were paid. Store credit can be redeemed immediately, does not expire and can be used to purchase any product(s) in our store.
*The WATTEAM POWERBEAT cannot be reused once removed from the crank and is therefore excluded from our used items return policy. Please note however that it comes with a full 1-year warranty during which time you are covered in the event you need any replacement parts or have any issues with the power meter.
For any products that do not perform as they should, we are happy to have your item repaired or replaced, assuming you are still within your warranty period. Please contact us so we can assist in the repair or replacement of your item.
To return your product, please mail it to: Power Meter City, ATTN: Returns/Exchanges, 120 Vantis, Suite 300, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. You will be responsible for paying for shipping when returning your item for a refund, store credit or repair.
