General

How long have you been in business?

Power Meter City launched at the beginning of 2016. We have been steadily growing ever since – bringing power meters to the people!

Where are your headquartered?

We are headquartered in Aliso Viejo, CA. Aliso Viejo is in Southern California, about two hours south of Los Angeles.

What are your hours of service?

We offer customer service 7 days a week. Early, late, weekends…our staff is here and ready to help. See here for contact information.

Do you keep your products in stock?

Yes, we stock at vast majority of products we sell. This means you get your new power meter or accessory now – no waiting around! Certain items require a longer processing time, but you will be notified in these situations.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) as well as PayPal.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through PayPal Credit when you spend $99 or more. Just select PayPal Credit in PayPal upon checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

All of our products are sold tax free, with the exception of orders shipped to California. California orders are charged an 8% sales tax. Please contact us if you have any questions on this.

 

Shipping

How quickly do you process and ship orders?

We process and ship orders within 24 hours – and often on the same day the order was made. Note that orders placed on a Sunday will often ship out on Monday. Certain items require a longer processing time, but you will be notified in these situations. If you have questions on the availability of a particular product, please contact us.

What is the cost for shipping?

We proudly offer free shipping in the U.S. on all order of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship at a standard rate of $4.99. All international orders ship at a standard rate of $24.99, which we believe is one of the lowest international rates available.

How is my order shipped?

We process shipments through either USPS or FedEx based on the item purchased and the shipping destination.

How do I check on the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships, an automated email will be sent to you with tracking information. You can then track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. In addition, if you have an account, you can view the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

International Orders

What is the cost for international shipping?

All international orders ship at a standard rate of $24.99. We believe this is about the lowest international rate you will find.

Do I have to pay a local import tax?

Some countries charge duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the U.S. You are responsible for paying your country’s imposed charges when your package arrives. Each nation has different rules and rates that apply and these fees are not included in your order total. Please contact your customs office for information regarding duties and other taxes.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most worldwide countries when a complete address is entered and validated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my international order?

We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Orders often arrive at your local customs office within 10-14 days – sometimes sooner. At that point, delivery to you is largely dependent on your local customs office. Typically, customs will clear packages quickly. However, there are times when customs are slower to clear a particular order. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control. We are happy to provide any additional documentation or assistance you might need in order to expedite or mitigate delays.

 

Returns / Warranty / Support

If I have an issue with my product, do you offer support?

Absolutely. We are here and ready to help with any issue you might have. Or, if you just want some advice on how to get the most out of your power meter…we can help with that too!

What is your return policy?

We offer a convenient, 60-day return policy. New, unused equipment can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. For any products that do not perform as they should, we will be happy to coordinate an exchange for a new one directly with the manufacturer, assuming you are still within your warranty period.

How do I return an item that was purchased through Amazon or eBay?

All return requests must be initiated through the site that was used to place your order.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Absolutely. We are authorized dealers of every product we sell. This means you receive the full manufacturer’s warranty.
